Prof. Dr. Essam acquired his Bachelor Degree in Dental Science from Cairo University in 1987. He then continued his education and earned the Masters Degree in Orthodontics from Cairo University in 1992, and a PhD in Orthodontics in 1998 from Cairo University.
Dr. Essam has been a key staff member as a Professor of Orthodontics in Cairo University since 2008 and a Professor in Orthodontics in Future University in Egypt (FUE) since 2012.
Dr. Essam is a Professor of the British Fellowship of Orthodontics attached to the Royal College of Surgeons in University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
