Dr. Hatem Ezzat Successfully Completes his Masterclass in Implant Prosthetics in Mumbai

Dr. Hatem Ezzat spent his past week attending a masterclass in posterior implant restorations and implant overdentures at the Digital Dentistry Institute training facility in Mumbai, India; it is one of the largest hands-on training facilities in the region. Implant Overdentures are a type of restoration that fits over the top of the implants, that help restore the upper and/or lower jaws of those patients who have lost all their teeth with a denture that is fixed to dental implants in order enhance a patient’s appearance and function compared with conventional removable dentures.

He took an advanced Hands-On course with world renowned Dr. Saj Jivraj to make crowns and overdentures that fit onto posterior implants using digital technology. This gives the dentist more control over the final result and allows a faster turn-around time between taking the necessary records and delivering the implant-supported crowns or overdentures.
